Return your products within 28 days for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage and any customs charges incurred on international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition. 

We aim to dispatch all orders same/next working day and offer two levels of UK shipping:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: eta within 3-5 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked and Signed: eta 1-2 working days after dispatch

Please always supervise your dog whilst playing with squeaky toys. While every effort has been made to ensure quality in these designs, dogs with higher prey drives may want to rip through/unpick stitching.

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all CatwalkDog and Dog and Hound products, we always advise supervision when giving your dog a new toy.

Squeaker toys should be regularly checked for wear and tear and- over time- may need repaired, replaced or to have their squeakers removed

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Once the return has been confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us. Refunds and exchanges will be issued as soon as the return has been checked and approved, but may take some time to show in your account, depending on the provider used for the original payment.

For hygiene reasons, toys which have been used cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event of a fault, please do not let your dog continue to play with the toy. Instead, photograph the issue, contact us and we’ll sort out a replacement as quickly as we can.
