We started with a simple idea: breed specific harnesses which are safe, comfortable, durable and don't cost the earth. 12 months later, here we are. 
 
Our Sighthound Harness has been extensively road tested by our very own pair of mischievous hounds- and because it bares the Paws For Effect signature paw print, we give back to sighthound rescues for every single one we sell. 
 
We know that sighthounds don't always get the start they deserve in life so we wanted to create a harness which is both secure and comfortable to fit their needs. Sighthounds are physiologically distinct from other breeds, from the additional vertebra in their tails which allow them to turn at high speeds, to their double suspension running style which sends them soaring through the air with ease. Our harnesses are flexible for freedom of movement and cushioned to prevent chaffing without compromising on security.
 
We also know first hand just how adventurous they can get, so our harnesses are made from a high quality, machine washable Oxford fabric with a high visibility trim for those dark winter nights.
