Shopping For Dogs Isn't Easy, That's Why We're Always Happy To Accept Return or Exchange Requests For Unused Items

Just post your original order back to us within 28 days of delivery. If you need help with sizing, or to know if one of our products is suitable for your breed/size of dog, we're always happy to help- just get in touch using the form below. 

We're a UK based retailer, and your statutory rights apply, however please be aware that items suffering damage caused by improper or unsuitable use won't be eligible for return- thank you for your understanding. If your product ever develops a fault, we would want to make that right. Send us photos and a description of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement to be sent out to you asap.

We aim to refund all returns on the day they are received- however depending on who you bank with it may take several days for the balance to return to your account.

Please be aware that we are a UK based shop and consider the following terms before placing your order...

  • Delivery times are an estimate provided by Royal Mail and their international counterparts. These timelines are not guaranteed, especially where ongoing lockdown/Covid-19 restrictions are in place. 

  • Orders are insured against non delivery, claims must be made after the 25th working day (post dispatch) and before the 80th day otherwise no refund can be given.

  • It is our legal obligation to include customs declarations on all international orders. Any customs fees etc incurred on entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders returned to us for failure to pay such fees will be refunded upon return, minus the cost of postage and packaging.

  • If you choose to return your order for any reason other than manufacturing fault, all customs fees incurred on re entry to the UK will be deducted from your refund. 

We appreciate all of our international customers, and these are challenging times as it is. We don't want to put anyone off ordering, but we also want to be transparent and up front about issues which can arise when using international postal services.
