About Us
Meet Abby and Alba: the dog (and hound) behind our boutique
As you browse through our shop, you might notice a couple of recurring faces. Abby, our Andalusian Hound who was rescued in May 2019 and joined our family in November that year. She puts all of our products through their paces before we list them, and we only ever stock brands that meet her high standards of both style and quality. Alba, her sister is head of customer service and greets visitors to our shop with sniffs and a wagging tail.

As for me, I work closely with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages and personalities. It's important to me that the products I sell are not just uniquely stylish but also comfortable, practical and made to the highest standard- that's what makes our collection unique!
I'm always happy to hear from my customers, whether you have feedback, a query or want advice about sizing. As well as running the boutique (and running around after Abby) I am a certified Behaviourist with dual qualifications in Nutrition and Behaviour.

Dogs are not just my profession, they are my passion. I'm immensely proud of this collection of products and the small team who helped me create them. I hope you and your dogs love them as much as I do.

Can my order be customised?Our aged leather collars are hand made to order, if you'd like your collar styled in a particular way, just let us know We don't currently offer customisation on any CatwalkDog or Dog and Hound Basics products, though we have had customers tailor their jumpers and jackets after purchase to add harness holes or fit unusual breeds as desired. If you have any questions about fit or sizing for particular breeds, feel free to get in touch. We're always happy to offer advice.

How will Royal Mail Strikes affect my order?Where possible, we're aiming to dispatch same day to give your orders a head start but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates at the present time. Once your order is scanned into the postal system, we have no control over how long it will take to get to you, we buy our postage labels in good faith and have to trust our postal workers to do the rest. Please allow a few extra days before reaching out about delayed parcels, we really do appreciate your patience. Thank you

Do you offer gift wrapping?Every order is lovingly presented in tissue paper as standard. Gift boxes are wrapped, with the option for gift messages included in the price. All other products can be gift wrapped for a small fee at checkout.

In stock items will be ready to collect same/next day. Opening hours are listed on your confirmation email. LOCAL DELIVERY: FREE. Use the code HELLONEIGHBOUR at checkout for free delivery (ts&cs apply, Stewarton postcodes only) RETURNS: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Once the return has been confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us. Refunds and exchanges will be issued as soon as the return has been checked and approved, but may take some time to show in your account, depending on the provider used for the original payment. For hygiene reasons, products which have been used cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event of a fault, please do not continue use. Instead, photograph the issue, contact us and we’ll sort out a replacement as quickly as we can. We always want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.
